Stockist Terms & Conditions

Minimum orders

All orders must be above the minimum order of $80.


Orders can be placed by emailing contactus@thebigink.com.au


For businesses located in Canberra, orders are delivered by the company, therefore not incurring a delivery charge. Someone must be available to sign to verify receipt of your delivery.

For business outside of Canberra, orders are delivered by Australia Post. Delivery charges are calculated according to Australia Post courier rates. Someone must be available to sign to verify receipt of your delivery.

Receipt of goods

All goods must be checked upon delivery. The retailer must give written notice of any errors or defect to the goods within seven days. If the retailer fails to give such notice the goods will be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with the order. In the event that any defect results from faulty goods, Big Ink Magazine will replace the goods or issue a credit at its discretion, provided the goods have been handled with all due and proper care and the defect has not resulted from handling or use by the retailer or their customer.


Orders will be processed once payment has been made and cleared. Orders will be delivered within three business days of payment clearing.
